- Go to the “Payment Settings” tab in employee edit page.
- Go to the “earnings” section in payment settings.
- Click “Add” button to add earnings to the employee.
- Name: Select the earning name from the list. If there is no earning, go to “earnings” menu for creating new earnings.
- Amount: Enter the earning amount per month.
- Month: go to “set duration” check box if you want to set a duration. The earning will automatically stop after the period ended. If you didn’t set any duration, the earning will apply for all months.
